Wesley Teter advances higher education through innovative approaches to learning and employment. He enhances lifelong learning systems via relevant skills development, managing micro-credentials, appropriate AI tools, workshop facilitation, and strategic monitoring across campus. Over two decades, he has developed and led international projects for the Asian Development Bank (ADB), UNESCO, and the U.S. Department of State.
